I trained as an ITEC aromatherapist 14 years ago. This qualification ensures the person obtains a good grounding in anatomy and physiology. Having completed this training, I went on to learn Reflexology/linking, Reiki, Kinesiology, Indian Head Massage and Nutrition.

 Based at Crawley, West Sussex RH10, close to Gatwick Airport, I see clients from surrounding towns and villages, including: Burgess Hill, Copthorne, Crawley, Crawley Down, Dormansland, Faygate, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Horley, Lingfield, Redhill, Reigate and Turners Hill etc.

I believe in offering an 'all round' holistic approach to clients.  Every person has a different finger print from their closest relative, so it is reasonable to take this theory one step further and say we experience health issues in our own unique way too. My aim is to draw on the knowledge from the therapies I am trained in to help each client as an individual.   

As an example, two people could have lower back pain. Further to a detailed consultation, I may treat one client with aromatherapy and reflexology. The second client may benefit from balancing the body with kinesiology and a technique that looks at reactive muscle patterns, together with a check on any nutritional imbalances. 

With 15 years' experience, I have learnt 'never to assume' and work with each new client to ensure their specific health issues are addressed. I find most conditions respond well to this 'all round' approach. The body's natural desire to return to homeostasis (natural balance) can only be helped and enhanced by these wonderful non-invasive approaches to health care. 

Due to new guidelines on advertising set by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP), it has been necessary to remove most of the information I have put together over the years for my web site.
